Biplob has over 35 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry through careers in Rio Tinto (1995-2009), Geological Survey of India (1986-1995) and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (1985-1986). Biplob was previously a Director, country head and Exploration Manager for the mining major Rio Tinto Exploration in India.

In 2013, Loknath, with 28 years of experience in the Minerals Industry and a specialized focus on techno-commercial aspects of developing new businesses and geographies within the resource segment, established Geovale. Under his leadership, Geovale has grown to encompass a team of experts who blend scientific precision with innovative solutions to tackle different challenges.
